Your Cueply subscription is managed entirely through Apple's App Store. You can cancel at any time — here's how to do it using your preferred method.
Cancel via iPhone Settings (Recommended)
This is the fastest and most direct way to cancel your subscription:
- 1Open the Settings appTap the Settings icon on your iPhone home screen.
- 2Tap your Apple IDTap your name at the very top of the Settings screen.
- 3Tap "Subscriptions"You'll see a list of all your active and expired App Store subscriptions.
- 4Find and tap "Cueply"Tap the Cueply entry to open its subscription details.
- 5Tap "Cancel Subscription"Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Cancel Subscription.
- 6Confirm the cancellationTap "Confirm" in the dialog to complete the cancellation.
Cancel via the App Store
You can also cancel through the App Store app:
- 1Open the App StoreTap the App Store icon on your iPhone.
- 2Tap your profile pictureTap your profile photo in the top-right corner of the screen.
- 3Tap "Subscriptions"Scroll down and tap Subscriptions in your account options.
- 4Find and tap "Cueply"Select Cueply from your list of subscriptions.
- 5Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirmFollow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation.
What Happens After You Cancel
When you cancel, you are not charged again. However, your subscription remains active until the current billing period ends. You will continue to have full access to all Cueply features until that date.
After the billing period ends:
- Your access to premium features will end.
- Your Cueply app and any AI model settings you've configured are preserved.
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access.
Refund Requests
All billing for App Store subscriptions is handled by Apple. Bybeit, Inc. does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple:
Apple Refund Requests
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund for any App Store purchase.
Refund eligibility and timelines are determined solely by Apple's policies. Bybeit, Inc. has no ability to approve or reject refund requests made through the App Store.
Changed Your Mind? Resubscribe Anytime
If you'd like to reactivate your Cueply subscription, you can do so at any time by following the subscribe guide. Simply open Cueply and tap "Upgrade" to choose a new plan.
